Ralph B. Lassiter, Mt. Moriah’s senior pastor since 2006 is a native of Vicksburg, Mississippi and one of nine children born to Rev. Dr. Wright and Mrs. Ethel Lassiter. His parents instilled in him a drive for religious, educational and vocational excellence with church and community service as foundational expectations.

A resident of Omaha since 1974, he is united in marriage to Doris Lassiter, his Christian partner in ministry, business, and life. Together they are parents to Eric, Ralph Jr., Scott and Elizabeth and grandparents of seven.

His guiding scripture is found in Proverbs 3rd chapter, verses 5 and 6 . . .
“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not to your own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He will direct thy path.”
